Oldham Hardwoods is a premier hardwood kiln drying, grading and sorting facility centrally located in La Grange, Kentucky, 25 miles northeast of Louisville, KY and 70 miles southwest of Cincinnati, OH. Also within a several hour driving radius are other important midwest commerce hubs including Indianapolis, St. Louis, Nashville, Cleveland and Columbus, making Oldham Hardwoods your optimal hardwood kiln drying and processing partner.   

Oldham Hardwoods is conveniently located on East KY-146 which is a short drive to nearby Interstate 71, providing easy access for truck transport in and out. The facility is also served by CSX rail lines and 2 rail spurs directly onto our property, which is unique and allows for direct inbound delivery of green lumber as well as providing coordinated outbound shipping and delivery capabilities of finished kiln dried hardwoods (KD) to anywhere in the US including outbound ports for international freight. Oldham Hardwoods purchases and dries its own hardwoods for sale as well as performs third-party kiln drying (KD), grading and sorting services for others.

Our facility has the ability to sort, grade, stack and kiln dry significant quantities of green lumber as well as process and stamp for international export.

KD Hardwood Sales

Oldham Hardwoods purchases its own green lumber (White Oak, Ash, Poplar, Mahogany and other species) for processing, kiln drying and selling to end users in the hardwood flooring industry, cabinet making industry, door casing manufacturers, ceiling and base molding fabricators and other trades requiring various species of hardwoods.
